Booking & Reservations
How do I book? Email coachspatio@saddlebackbbq.com or call (517) 882-2013 with your preferred date, time, group size, and any special requests. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends.
What’s the minimum group size? 10 people (based on dinner packages). For smaller groups, join us in the main dining area!
Maximum group size? Up to 50 people, depending on setup. We’ll confirm based on your needs.
Reservation time frame? Your booking includes exclusive use of the private space for 2 hours. Extensions may be available for an additional fee—ask when booking.
Minimum spend requirement? $500 on weekdays (Monday–Thursday) and $750 on weekends (Friday–Sunday). This covers food and non-alcoholic beverages from our private dining menu.
Deposit and payment? A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your spot. The balance is due at the end of the event. We accept credit cards, cash, or checks. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.
Can I reschedule? Yes, with at least 72 hours’ notice. We’ll do our best to accommodate a new date.
Dining Packages & Ordering Info
Review our Private Dining Menu for appetizers and dinner packages. All options are designed for easy, buffet-style service.
How does ordering work? Select optional appetizers (sized for your group) and one dinner package for everyone (priced per person). Place your full order 24 hours before your event.
What’s included in dinner packages? All food items listed, plus non-alcoholic beverages (soda, iced tea, water, coffee). Appetizers are add-ons.
Dietary accommodations? We can handle common requests like vegetarian swaps, gluten-free options, or nut allergies—just note them when booking. Severe allergies? Let us know in advance so we can prepare safely.
Custom menu changes? Our menu is fixed for simplicity, but we can discuss minor tweaks (e.g., extra sides) for a small fee.
Kids’ options? Children are welcome! We can portion adult menu items smaller or suggest kid-friendly picks like pizza or sliders. Kids under 12 eat for half price on dinner packages.
Desserts? Available à la carte—brownie platters, cookie trays, or ice cream bars. Add them to your order.
Drinks & Bar Service
Is alcohol included? No, all alcohol is sold separately and does not count toward your minimum spend.
What alcohol options do we have? Full bar with beers on tap, cocktails, wines, and spirits. Check our Drink Menu for highlights.
How does billing work for drinks? We can run one group tab, split by individual, or set up drink tickets/pre-paid packages. Decide when booking—we’ll handle it seamlessly.
BYOB? Sorry, no outside alcohol allowed per our liquor license.
Non-alcoholic drinks? Included in dinner packages (as noted above). Unlimited refills during your event.
Space, Setup, & Services
What time should we arrive? Your 3-hour window starts at the booked time. Arrive 15 minutes early for setup if needed.
Staffing? You’ll have a dedicated private server for food and non-alcoholic drinks. For groups over 20 or events with heavy bar service, we’ll add a bartender at no extra cost.
Setup and decorations? The space comes with tables, chairs, and basic linens. Bring your own decorations (balloons, banners)—we’ll help set up. No confetti or open flames, please.
AV and entertainment? We’ve got big-screen TVs for games or presentations, plus Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. HDMI hookups available—let us know if you need them.
Parking and accessibility? Free parking lot with plenty of spots. Our space is wheelchair accessible with ramp entry and ADA-compliant restrooms.
What if the weather’s bad? Our private space is fully indoor and climate-controlled—rain or shine, you’re covered.
Health and safety? We follow all local guidelines for cleanliness and food safety. Hand sanitizer stations available. If anyone in your group has symptoms, please reschedule.
Billing, Feedback, & Booking
How do we settle the bill? Your server will present the final tab at the end. Tip is included in the 18% gratuity, but extra is always appreciated!
